Our diversified team members are attracted by the rich nature and culture of this village, and gathered here from all over the world to work based on our philosophy – “To share the essence (spirit) of Nozawa Onsen”.

Application Requirements
Required:
- If you are not a Japanese citizen, you must have a valid visa/ working holiday visa that allows you to work.
- Have the ability to work with ambition and a positive attitude
- Have a sense of hospitality and a hospitality spirit to deliver the best service to our customers
- Ability to think and work independently
- Experience working in a hospitality related environment
Preferred skills:
- Japanese language
- Valid driver license* (Essential for driver position)
Work hours
*Working hours and days off vary depending on position and season. (Shifts)
Wage
Fixed monthly rate or hourly rate, varies depending on position and experience.
