Front Of House Lead

Working in a small fast past restaurant your skills in service and communication will be imperative to delivering a successful experience for customers. Customer service is regarded as our highest priority and there is an expectation to go over and above to ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

General duties will include, but not be limited to:

  • Opening and closing of the restaurants.
  • Provide customers with the best possible hospitality and dining experience.
  • Good knowledge of restaurant restaurant menu
  • Handlining POS system and table reservation system
  • Providing drink recommendations and upselling products
  • Handling payments, till open and closures
  • Taking reservations in person or by telephone.
  • Keeping the working area clean at all times.
  • Daily restaurant cleaning
  • Effectively communicating with kitchen staff and working closely in a high paced environment

Experience / Qualifications

Previous team leadership experience and front of house experience

Hospitality Manager, Venue Manager
