Working in a small fast past restaurant your skills in service and communication will be imperative to delivering a memorable experience for our customers.
General duties will include, but not be limited to:
- Opening and closing of the restaurants.
- Provide customers with the best possible hospitality and dining experience.
- Good knowledge of restaurant restaurant menu
- Handlining POS system and table reservation system
- Providing drink recommendations and upselling products
- Handling payments, till open and closures
- Taking reservations in person or by telephone.
- Keeping the working area clean at all times.
- Daily restaurant cleaning
- Effectively communicating with kitchen staff and working closely in a high paced environment
