Housekeeping

As a member of the Stay Nozawa housekeeping team you are responsible for delivering daily room servicing, cleaning and completing general property cleaning tasks. You will be required to work within a small team of staff ensuring daily cleaning duties are completed on time and to a high standard. Our housekeeping team are expected to be presentable and maintain a high level of professional customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Greeting guests and responding to inquiries
  • Cleaning rooms and public areas 
  • Changing linen and making beds 
  • Tidying up guests rooms
  • Managing rubbish and ensure correct recycling is carried out
  • Fixing or reporting and technical issues or maintenance needs to your manager
  • Checking and ordering stock of cleaning products and supplies  
  • Paying attention to details and providing guests the best possible experience for their stay
  • Cleaning and preparing rooms in a timely manner
  • Working autonomously and keeping good communication with the administration team

Experience / Qualifications

Previous housekeeping experience preferred

Reports to

Housekeeping Team Leader, Venue Manager & on duty Manager
