Working in a small fast paced venue your skills in service and communication will be imperative to delivering a memorable experience for our customers.
General duties will include, but not be limited to:
- Opening and closing of the venue.
- Provide customers with the best possible hospitality and experience.
- Good knowledge of liquor in general and our products and menu.
- Handlining POS system and reservation system.
- Providing drink recommendations and upselling products.
- Handling payments, till open and closures.
- Making cocktails and drinks to a high standard.
- Keeping the working area clean at all times.
- Daily venue cleaning.
- Effectively communicating with other staff and working closely in a high paced environment.
- Offer assistance to the production team when needed.
