Front Of House - Nozawa Onsen Distillery

Working in a small fast paced venue your skills in service and communication will be imperative to delivering a memorable experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

General duties will include, but not be limited to:

  • Opening and closing of the venue.
  • Provide customers with the best possible hospitality and  experience.
  • Good knowledge of liquor in general and our products and menu.
  • Handlining POS system and reservation system.
  • Providing drink recommendations and upselling products.
  • Handling payments, till open and closures.
  • Making cocktails and drinks to a high standard.
  • Keeping the working area clean at all times.
  • Daily venue cleaning.
  • Effectively communicating with other staff and working closely in a high paced environment.
  • Offer assistance to the production team when needed.

Experience / Qualifications

Previous hospitality experience

Reports to

Floor Supervisor on Duty, Venue Manager
