Bartender Supervisor

As a bartender, passionate about mixology and hospitality you play a pivotal role in ensuring exceptional customer experiences and maintaining a positive workplace environment. This position is essential to creating a welcoming atmosphere and providing an exceptional experience for all patrons as well as leading a small team.

Responsibilities

General bar duties as per bartender position description

  • Leading the bar staff team
  • Training bar staff and front of house staff in bar operations, drink service, beverage knowledge
  • Purchasing stock from approved suppliers
  • Develop drinks menu for all outlets keeping within set concepts
  • Conduct stocktakes and control stock levels
  • Run promotions and events to increase customer base and improve customer experience
  • Maintain SNS activity as per SNS company policy
  • Other Stay Nozawa duties as requested by Reporting or General Manager

Experience / Qualifications

1-2 years previous bar experience

Reports to

Hospitality Manager, Venue Manager, on duty Manager
