The Guest Services & Booking Officer ensures exceptional guest experiences by managing company guest services and accommodation bookings including, ski lessons, transportation, satellite venue check-ins, event development, and summer trade promotion. This role involves coordinating with various departments to maintain high service standards and building relationships with external providers.
General duties for the Guest Service Booking Officer will include, but not be limited to:
- Satellite Venue Check-Ins: Manage pre-check and check-in processes, coordinate with staff and guests, resolve issues, and upsell products and services. Oversee snow shoveling, grass cutting, and report maintenance issues.
- Handling Reservations: Work with the booking team to maximize occupancy and improve guest experience through the booking system.
- Transportation Services: Oversee shuttle services, maintain schedules, address transportation issues, and manage vehicle maintenance and rentals.
- Team Leadership: Supervise the guest services and reception team, provide training, and manage staff schedules and adherence to policies.
- Event Development and Summer Trade Promotion: Plan guest engagement events, promote summer trade, and partner with local businesses to improve events and promotions.
