As a member of the Stay Nozawa reception team, your priority is to ensure our guests experience the best Nozawa Onsen has to offer. It is important that our staff are knowledgeable and go over and above to meet customer needs when it comes to providing village information, assisting with bookings and upselling extra services.
General duties will include, but not be limited to:
- Performing all check in/ out tasks
- Answering guest inquiries by email and phone. Booking accommodation reservations, related restaurants and other guests services reservations
- Providing information about Stay Nozawa hotels, available rooms, rates and facilities, upselling company products and services
- Maintaining updated records of bookings and payment
- Accounting sales and handling cash
- Liaise with transportation teams to coordinate guest shuttles, arrivals and departures
- Work closely with housekeeping staff, perform pre check in room inspections to ensure all rooms are ready on time and cleaning meets company high standard
- Provide exceptional customer service at all times, be the friendly face, going over and above to meet guest needs and attributing to a memorable experience.
- Research village activities, restaurants and share your knowledge with guests
