Submit a Booking Request

(Calender opens on February 25)

From February 25, we will start accepting reservation requests for stays from December 1, 2025 onwards.
Please submit your Booking Request by searching desired dates.
Our reservation team will process requests in the order they are received.

Provisional Booking & Confirmation

After reviewing your request, we will check availability and place a temporary hold on the room.
To confirm your booking, we will send you an invoice for a 20% deposit.
Your reservation will be confirmed once the deposit is paid within 3 days.

Important Notes

A "Booking Request" does not guarantee a room reservation.
Our team will process requests in order and check availability before confirming your booking.
Check-in dates may have to change depending on the property.
We will inform you if any adjustments are needed before confirming your booking.
‍Reservations are only accepted online.
We do not process bookings over the phone.
‍Some properties are not accepting bookings yet or has closure on booking dates.

‍Large Group bookings
If a representative is booking for a group, please CC other guests to ensure smooth conversations.

Cancellation Policy for Peak Winter Season

Cancellations within 90 days of check-in during peak season will be charged 100% of the total accommodation fee. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover cancellation fees in the event of unforeseen circumstances.

Kamoshika Ski Lodge is a luxurious renovation located right next to the main Nagasaka Gondola, offering one of the best locations in the village. Kamoshika Ski Lodge is a ski-in, ski-out lodge with easy access to the slopes, just a 30-second walk to the Nagasaka Gondola.  With 5 bedrooms, it comfortably accommodates up to 16 people, making it perfect for families or groups. The architect-designed layout separates the sleeping and living spaces for both relaxation and entertainment. The first floor features a large lounge with a fireplace, dining room, kitchen, playroom, and tatami room with snowy mountain views. All bedrooms on the lower level have private bathrooms and western beds.

Location

Kamoshika is located next to the ski field, directly across from the Nagasaka Gondola, offering true ski-in, ski-out access. For coffee or après-ski, Craft Room is just steps away. The lodge is within walking distance of Nozawa’s free onsens, shops, restaurants, and the Chuo bus terminal. A short 10-minute walk brings you to Oyu Street, keeping you close to everything Nozawa has to offer.

Booking Policy

Payment Policy

  • Reservation made more than 90 days prior to arrival: 20% of the accommodation total is required to confirm a reservation. The remaining balance is due 90 days prior to arrival.
  • Reservation made 90 days or less prior to arrival: 100% of the package total is required to confirm a reservation.

Package Cancellation Policy

  • Cancelling more than 180 days prior to arrival: 5% of the total amount is non-refundable or transferable.
  • Cancelling between 180 days to 90 days prior to arrival: 20% of the total amount is non-refundable or transferable.
  • Cancelling 90 days or less prior to arrival: 100% of the total is non-refundable or transferable.
  • Cancellation policy applies to any changes to the accommodation bookings.
  • Dates and time changes for lift tickets and transfers bookings are subject to availability.
  • We strongly advise guests to have Travel Insurance cover to protect themselves against unexpected changes to their travel plans and in the case of any injuries.
