Working in a small transport team, coordinating daily tasks effectively and efficiently. You will be the face of Stay Nozawa meeting and greeting guests and providing exceptional customer service is imperative. Porters working at the Schneider Hotel will also be responsible for driving over snow vehicles in the ski resort.
General duties will include, but not be limited to:
- Provide exceptional customer service and professionalism when interacting with guests
- Assisting front desk staff with check in and check out operations, carrying luggage to guest rooms and ensuring transportation happens smooth and to schedule
- Be presentable and professional at all times, ensuring customer experience is the highest priority
- Assisting guests, offering answers to questions and providing information
- Identifying hazards and reporting to management
- Maintaining vehicles and car park areas, ensuring vehicles are kept clean and tidy at all times
- Driving within speed limits and adhering to ski resort regulations at all times
- Ensure vehicles are kept free from ice before driving and general maintenance is checked regularly
- Meet and greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Ensure rubbish huts are maintained, rubbish sorting is correct and notify management of any arising issue
