Nagano Snow Shuttle also offer a inter-resort bus service directly from Nozawa to/from another resort.

As a guest of Stay Nozawa, we can book the service for you and add it to your account.

If you would like to book the service, ensure you get in early as seats fill up quickly.

The Snow Shuttle service will run from 27 December 2023 until 03 March 2024.

To request a booking follow the link below. We will attempt to secure the booking for you and be in contact as soon as possible with the confirmation details and payment details.

Please include the name of each passenger on their respective ticket.

If you’re travelling to or from Hakuba, you can opt for pickup or drop-off at Hakuba Station or, at an additional cost, directly from your accommodation. Please check the location of your stay in Hakuba before continuing.

You can find your booking number in the correspondence and quote that was sent to you when you made your booking. If you chose "others" in the previous question, please enter the name of your accommodation.

If more than 1 passenger, please list the names of all other passengers with age of children/ infants. One person per line. Format: Family Name / Given Name Title / Age of Children - e.g. SMITH/LISA MS 8yo

Cancellation Policy

46 days or more before date of travel: 10% of total fare
21 – 45 days before date of travel: 20% of total fare
8 – 20 days before date of travel: 50% of total fare
7 days or less before date of travel: 100% of total fare
