Kamoshika Ski Lodge is a newly renovated luxurious ski-in ski-out haven in an amazing location next door to the Nagasaka Gondola. Kamoshika has a large kitchen & dining area, 5 bedrooms, and 5 bathrooms for up to 16 guests.

Renovated in 2019, Iroha offers two three-bedroom luxury self-contained apartments for an ultimate Nozawa Holiday.

Dennojo offers two spacious self-contained apartments located just a short walk from Shinden Onsen. Dennojo is a great option for those who want a quiet location within walking distance of everything Nozawa has to offer!

Indulge in convenience and comfort as Oguma House offers full self-containment, providing everything you need for a seamless stay.

Mountainside Otake is a budget friendly Japanese style accommodation located half way between the Nagasaka Gondola and Oyu dori (the main street). It’s a 5-minute walk down to the village or 5 minutes up to the Gondola.

Kihachikan North & Kihachikan South are luxurious, calm and elegant chalets which can be rented as a whole or separately. They are located in the center of the village. 

Nozawa Onsen Lodge is a unique egg-shaped lodge designed by Takamasa Yoshizaka, one of Japan’s leading architects, who trained under the world-famous Le Corbusier.

Tanuki Nozawa

Tanuki Nozawa, two adjoining buildings across from iconic Oyu onsen. Renovated from 2017 to 2022, they’re centrally located, offering 7 luxury apartments, 7 Japanese-style lodge rooms, 3 dining venues, a bar, and a retail shop.

Luxury Apartments: On the third and fourth floors of Tanuki’s main building, ideal for families or groups.

Studio Apartments: Perfect for couples or singles.

Annex Luxury Apartments: In the adjacent building, renovated in 2022, great for families or groups.

Tanuki Lodge Rooms: Traditional Japanese-style with modern amenities like WiFi, TV, and en-suite bathrooms.

The Schneider Hotel

The Schneider Hotel is a family-friendly ski-in ski-out hotel in Nozawa Onsen Ski Resort’s Hikage Ski Area, accessible by our complimentary over-snow shuttle service. Our facilities include a restaurant and bar, providing convenience for your day and night.

Western Suite Room: Up to 5 guests. Kitchenette and private bathroom.

Western Family Room: Up to 4 guests. Private bathrooms.

Japanese Style Room: Tatami floor and Western-style beds.

Buffet-style breakfast included in all room rates.

Location: Situated in the Hikage ski area, easy access to the slopes, the Hikage Gondola Station, Kids Park, and Japan Ski Museum. To reach the main street of Nozawa Onsen, guests can use the moving walkway (Yu Road). Shuttle service to the village after 5pm.

Renovated in 2019, Iroha offers two three-bedroom luxury self-contained apartments for an ultimate Nozawa Holiday.

Iroha Ichi Apartment: perfect for 8 guests, offers modern amenities, three flexible bedrooms, a full-size kitchen, a spacious living room, hydronic heating, and high-speed internet.

Location: Iroha apartments are conveniently located near Nozawa Onsen Ski Resort Parking Lots, Nagasaka Gondola, and Karasawa Lift, ideal for skiing. The village center with restaurants, bars, and hot springs is just 600 meters away, and Sparina, a neighboring spa complex with hot springs and family-friendly amenities, adds to the convenience.

Dennojo

Dennojo is an apartment-style accommodation located just a short walk from Shinden Onsen in Nozawa Onsen Village. This makes it a great option for those who want a quiet location within walking distance to everything Nozawa has to offer!

Dennojo Apartment 1: accommodates 6 guests, featuring a full-size kitchen, spacious living room, three flexible bedrooms, one bathroom, underfloor heating, high-speed internet, and laundry.

Kihachikan North & Kihachikan South are luxurious, calm and elegant chalets which can be rented as a whole or separately. They are located in the center of the village.

The interiors blend Japanese style with Western tastes.

The recent refurbishment focussed on working with local tradespeople. The bookshelves, benches, tables and several of the beds were handmade across the valley in Togari. The kitchens, chairs and bedroom furniture were designed and hand-built in Nagano. All are made from Japanese timber.

Nozawa Onsen Lodge

Nozawa Onsen Lodge is a unique egg-shaped masterpiece by architect Takamasa Yoshizaka, trained under Le Corbusier.

Choose from hostel-style rooms or self-contained apartments.

Heidi Apartment: Sleeps 8 across two floors with a kitchen, spacious lounge-dining area, shower room, toilet, and bunk room on the first floor. The loft area on the second floor has two double beds, ideal for groups or two families.

Studio Apartment: In the basement, this studio has a kitchenette, dining space, day bed, shower room, toilet, and a drying room. Sleeps on a double bed and two single beds.

Lodge Rooms: Six hostel-style rooms with a communal kitchen area and shared common space on the first floor. Shared showers and restrooms are on the lower level, with a ski storage and dry room.
