Experience a delicious teppanyaki course menu featuring local ingredients from Nozawa Onsen and the Nagano region. Enjoy the show as your meal is cooked right in front of you, with a perfect view of the picturesque Oyu Street.
Chef Yamazaki was born in 1984 in Niigata, Japan. He began his career as a chef at a restaurant in Tokyo, where he worked for 10 years. After 3 years of running his own restaurant in Ebisu, he decided to travel and work in different kitchens around the world, including Mexico, Peru, London, the Faroe Islands, and San Francisco.

Bookings will be available online 90 days before booking dates.
We accept online bookings. Bookings will be confirmed once deposit payment is proceeded and confirmation email is sent from us. Reservations can be made up to 90 days in advance and up to 1 hour prior to your desired dining time.
Beverages are charged on consumption and we do not accept BYO. You are welcome to arrive earlier or stay after dinner at our bar downstairs.
All seating is in one room surrounding the Teppanyaki cooking area with a maximum of 14 guests per session.
Booking is available at 18:00 or 20:00 (1.5h seating)
1.5h seating time is secured for each seating. Please arrive 5 minutes prior to booking time as we start serving everyone at the same time.
A reduced menu may need to be served for late arrivals.
We would like to accommodate dietary requirement as much as possible with advance notice.
Please make sure to inform us all requests at the time of booking.
We welcome children at our restaurant and we offer half-sized kids menu for children under 10 years old at the 18:00 seating.
Please note that children’s meals are not available at the 20:00 sitting.
Cancellations, changes in the number of guests, or schedule changes made within 48 hours of the reservation date will incur a cancellation fee of ¥5,000 per person, which will be charged to the provided credit card.Additionally, for cancellations and changes made within 24 hours or no-shows, the full course fee selected will be charged to the provided credit card. Please be aware of this policy.
