- 3 Hour – ¥38,000
- 3 Hour PM– ¥29,000
- 2 Hour PM – ¥22,000
- 6 Hour (Full Day) – ¥53,000
- Premium Private – ¥81,000
Please note that the price does not include lift passes, gear rentals or lunch. If you would like an instructor to stay with you during lunchtime it will be an additional cost of ¥3000.
Lesson Details
Our private lessons are available for kids from the age of 4 and up.
Private lessons can accommodate up to 4 participants. We recommend that participants are of a similar age and skill level to optimize the learning experience.
All participants within a private lesson must be on the same equipment. We do not mix ski and board equipment in private lessons.
For family private lessons, please be aware that the dynamics of teaching children and adults differ significantly. As a result, we do not book family privates for children under the age of 6.
Meeting Points
Meeting points are flexible depending on where you are staying.
Please inform our team of your accommodation and we will suggest either Sports Thanx outside the Nagasaka Gondola or at Shirakaba Rentals at the Hikage Ski area.
Office Hours
Our office hours are from 08:00 AM to 18:00 PM, local time. Any requests submitted after 18:00 PM will be addressed on the following business day.
If you wish to book a lesson for the same day, please ensure that your booking is confirmed and paid for before 11:00 AM local time on that day.
Additional Costs
Kindly be aware that lift tickets and equipment rentals are not covered by the lesson fee. Moreover, for participants in full-day lessons, it’s advisable to have funds for lunch, as it’s not included. Any extra duration beyond the lesson will incur an extra charge of ¥10,000 per hour.
Please be advised that the listed cost doesn’t include lift passes, gear rentals, or lunch. If you wish to have your companion stay with you during lunch, there will be an additional charge of ¥3000.
Canyons Ski School offer the option to join larger group lessons. Connect with others and expand your skill set in a group class.You can choose between morning-only or full-day sessions, and there are multiple ability levels to accommodate your preferences. Please email our lessons team to request to join a group lesson.
- Cancellations made more than 7 days in advance of the scheduled lesson will not incur any cancellation fees.
- Cancellations made within 7 days prior to the scheduled lesson will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
- Cancellations or changes made within 48 hours prior to the scheduled lesson, as well as “No Shows,” will result in a 100% cancellation fee.
