We are seeking a dynamic and passionate individual to join our team as a Ski and Snowboard Instructor. As a Ski and Snowboard Instructor, you will be responsible for providing high-quality instruction to individuals and groups of all ages and skill levels. The role requires flexibility, independent decision-making, strong customer-focused services, adaptive teaching skills, and the ability to work under the intensity of a winter season.
General duties will include, but not be limited to:
- Conducting ski and snowboard lessons according to the lesson plan and safety guidelines.
- Evaluating the abilities of students and tailoring instruction to meet their needs.
- Demonstrating proper techniques and exercises to help students improve their skiing and snowboarding skills.
- Creating a positive and supportive learning environment for students and other team members.
- Ability to work in a small team in a busy short season.
- Ensuring the safety of all participants during lessons.
- Communicating effectively with students to provide feedback and schedule new lessons.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
