Booking Policy
Reservations
We accept online bookings. Bookings will be confirmed once deposit payment is proceeded and confirmation email is sent from us. Reservations can be made up to 90 days in advance and up to 24 hours period to your desired dining time.
Beverages are charged on consumption and we do not accept BYO. You are welcome to arrive earlier or stay after dinner at our bar downstairs.
It is requested that customers at Tengu Sushi refrain from wearing scented perfumes when dining, as these fragrances can detract from the full dining experience.
Seating
Tengu Sushi has a large counter that can accommodate up to 10 people.

Booking is available at 17:30 or 20:00 (1.5h seating)
1.5h seating time is secured for each seating. Please arrive 5 minutes prior to booking time as we start serving everyone at the same time.
A reduced menu may need to be served for late arrivals.
Dietary Requirements
We would like to accommodate dietary requirement as much as possible with advance notice.
Please make sure to inform us all requests at the time of booking.
Although we strive to accommodate customers with different dietary requirements, vegetarian/vegan options are limited as our standard main course is mainly raw fish.
Children
We welcome children at our restaurant and we offer a ¥5000 kids menu for children under 10 years old at the 5:30pm table seating.
The child menu is not available at the Sushi Counter or at the 8:00pm seating. Please indicate when making a booking how many children’s menu is required.
While we welcome children at Tengu Sushi, we do not have a specific children’s menu. If you wish to have this high-end Sushi experience with your child, please book them in for an adult course.
Cancellation & Change of bookings
During the winter months we require guests credit card details to secure a booking. Bookings cancelled within 24 hours of the booking time will incur a ¥5000 per person cancellation fee.
At least 24hrs notice of cancellation, reduction in numbers or change of date is required in order to avoid a cancellation fee.
A 3% transaction fee is non-refundable when cancelled at any time.
