Booking Policy

Restaurant Reservation​

We accept online bookings or bookings via phone call. Bookings will be confirmed once deposit payment is proceeded and confirmation email is sent from us. Reservations can be made up to 60 days in advance and up to 24 hours period to your desired dining time.

Beverages are charged on consumption and we do not accept BYO. You are welcome to arrive earlier or stay after dinner at our bar downstairs.

Seating

Tengu Sushi has a large counter that can accommodate up to 10 people, as well as 4 tables that can seat 4 people each.  If you are looking to book a table for a group of 5-8 people, we suggest either booking 2 tables or the Sushi counter. 

Table A & B are located next to each other and Table C & D are also located next to each other.

Please note you will have to add tables to the cart if booking more than one table.

For groups of over 10 people please call us. 

1.5h seating time is secured for each seating. Please arrive 5 minutes prior to booking time as we start serving everyone at the same time.

A reduced menu may need to be served for late arrivals.

Cancellation & Change of bookings​

We require guests to pay a deposit of ¥5000 deposit per person upon booking.

At least 72hrs notice of cancellation, reduction in numbers or change of date is required in order to avoid a cancellation fee.

100% deposit is non-refundable when cancelled within 72hrs.

Dietary Requirements​

We would like to accommodate dietary requirement as much as possible with advance notice. Please make sure to inform us all requests at the time of booking. Although we strive to accommodate customers with different dietary requirements, vegetarian/vegan options are limited as our standard main course is mainly raw fish.

Children

We welcome children at our restaurant and we can prepare a children’s size portion course at the 6 pm seating. Please note that at 8 pm seating, we only offer an adult course menu. Please indicate when making a booking how many children’s courses are required.
