At Stay Nozawa, our mission is to share the ‘Spirit of Nozawa’ with all who visit. Our team provides a heartfelt blend of Japanese Omotenashi and Western hospitality across all of our accommodations, restaurants, retail spaces and bars.

Nozawa Onsen Distillery

Nozawa Onsen Distillery is on a mission to become one of the world’s top Gin and Whisky producers. Our liquor captures the ‘Spirit of Nozawa’ by using pure mountain spring water and locally sourced botanicals.

Key Requirements for Seasonal Staff

• A valid working visa for Japan is required for all applicants (Working Holiday or similar). Please note that we do not provide visa sponsorship or assistance with visa applications, except for qualified ski instructors.
• Be available for the full winter season - December until April or onwards
